About our company president
Andy Arnone began Direct One following a successful twenty year career in IT and Business with numerous companies. He wanted a company of IT experts that could speak in an easy to understand way, not just IT speak.
Andy transitioned Direct One from a “break/fix” company to one that specializes in stabilizing an environment and providing ongoing proactive maintenance. Today, our solutions range from network administration to high-level risk assessment and security policy development.
Our team of highly trained and certified network engineers and business consultants include experts in infrastructure, security, communications, data storage, remote computing, local/remote backups, disaster recovery, recurring administration, monitoring, patch management, maintenance and software applications.
